Pros

Solace is a nice place to work. People are nice. Pay is good. It would be 5 stars if it weren't for their sudden growing hostility when it comes to AI.

Cons

Ai is part of the industry now I get that, but it is being shoved down out throats in a way that is frankly not that friendly. Instead of asking how could AI help you or how could you use this tool you are told this is how you will use AI. There is no respect for your own workflow or feelings on the matter and all in all it feels like it is no longer a safe place to openly express how you feel about anything, The workload is constantly increasing but Solace is not hiring enough to keep up. We are swamped and chastised for not working fast enough AND for not having the time to fit a whole new process into our jobs.

Helping patients with their unmet care needs Great co-workers

Cons

AI is inconsistent, makes too many mistakes generating ICD codes and needs to be refreshed too many times to generate the note The queue feels like working on an assembly line, constant feeding patients to your schedule with little time to rest or go to the bathroom A high no show rate with no focus on improving this, just forcing more calls to try to fill the gaps from the no shows Awful platform especially the video component, makes it difficult to complete a visit Always changing how things are done, no input by staff until changes have happened and are going poorly Hiring too many people without having an efficient system, this will just be more turnover in the near future
