Pros
You can work your own schedule. Great for a part time gig.
Cons
If I could give negative stars, I would. Solace Health is hands down one of the most poorly run organizations I’ve ever encountered. The management is not just incompetent, it’s practically non-existent. There is no dedicated HR department, which means any internal issue, concern, or serious problem gets funneled into a single overwhelmed "Customer Experience" team that clearly wasn't built to handle anything beyond basic inquiries, let alone sensitive employee matters. Every issue gets sent to one man who is not versed in healthcare advocacy, so he simply doesn't answer emails/requests/phone calls. There's no benefits. There is a quota for meetings per week, but if you meet the quota, you will be met with suspicion and pestered about every second you've logged into the tracker. (as if they don't want advocates to actually work) Trying to reach someone about an urgent issue? Good luck. You'll either be ignored entirely or bounced around until you give up. This company does not value its employees, especially its advocates, and makes that painfully clear in every interaction (or lack thereof). You’re treated as disposable, and they have no qualms about terminating people without valid reasons or explanation. Solace Health is not just disorganized, it’s a toxic mess. If you’re considering working here, don’t. If you’re already stuck here, I sincerely hope you find something better because you deserve far more respect and support than this company will ever give you.
