1. One of the Best place to work, Lot of learning, freedom to explore, and Management is very Supportive.
2. The process is very transparent inside Solace, employees are emotionally attached towards each other...every body help each other to groom their career
3.You get growth only if your performance is good otherwise Solace is not place for you.
4. Promote learning and personal development.
5. Annual Picnics, Annual day celebrations, birthday parties, monthly games and other celebrations I have seen only at Solace. You don't see so much enjoyment at other companies in Nashik.
6. You get chance to work on offshore projects and interact with clients.
7. HR Department has become much active now.
8. On time salary. This is best thing of company where they always pay before 5th of month without missing and I saw that from many years. You will find rare companies like this in Nashik.
Cons
There are only Pros when you are working in one of the best work culture environment. IT industry has some common problems like working hours etc, which you will see anywhere.
