Pros
Some sort of independence while working at the retail store. You get the commission if the job sales. Training once a week You get health insurance and 401K It's a physical job and you get to walk most of the time around the store. That keeps you in shape. You get to travel to different locations where they send you.
Cons
Minimum wage $10 an hour does not change. There is no growth in the company. You pay your own turnpike and your own gas.
