No health insurance, very hard to call in, no direct deposit pay, quarterly reviews without promise of a raise, hard to move up/get a raise, credit card tips taken into a separate account and dispersed at their discretion, equipment always malfunctioning and never getting fixed, no Human Resources department or any real employee support workers, the employee handbook had rules that go against the Family Health and Wellness Act like the amount of days you can be sick without a doctors note, it being our responsibility and we have to come in when sick if there is no cover, and it’s next to impossible to accrue sick time until you have worked there at least six months, not starting at the time of hire. I could go on….
