-you are hired to literally sort through their trash (cold leads) -they put 0 effort into training you and everything is unpaid -no room for actual growth, it's just a meat grinder for people to sort their old leads and help milk every last drop out of their previous leads for their solar specialists to do sales -will promise you the world and insist you go fulltime and quit your job despite knowing they are bringing you in for the purposes stated above

People that work there are pretty nice and down to earth.

Leads are awful. Salary is not something you can live off, not even close. You will work your butt off and it will take ages for deals to go through, you will likely have to quit before you ever see the money from the deal in order to pay your bills. They will give certain employees better leads and won't tell you how it's structured but you will be measured the exact same way as them and be feeling awful the whole time.
