you won't get far if you aren't friends with the right people. not much time for training anyway. for every couple guys trying to get folks trained, couple more just walk around in and out of the office.but nobody stops them. its some days like no one in charge knows what is happening and then we have to work late becasue no one makes sure of things or ok work saturday.
