Pros
- I was fortunate enough to work with some of the nicest, most skilled people I've ever known in the workplace. - It was a pleasure fostering a collaborative environment to get things done, and there was opportunity to grow beyond your job scope if so desired. - Knowing you're helping the world with renewable energy is also a plus. - I was also fortunate to work for a manager that allowed a great work-life balance.
Cons
Aside from those in sales or in the "in crowd" people are not genuinely appreciated overall, which created a low morale. Evidenced by many leaving for other opportunities in recent months. Accountability is almost nonexistent, and ownership of work becomes convoluted as such. Lack of clarity in job responsibilities and department functions added to tedious, unnecessarily complicated work that could have been done better if not for archaic resources and unaware upper management.
