Pros
The number one reason to work here is to feel good about what you do. I still believe in the product, but I became disillusioned with the company. I really enjoyed my time with the company for awhile, but upper management changes made everything worsen with time.
Cons
Management is stretched thin and cannot really help people. I'm shocked by some of the people who they promote as managers or upper-level managers. It seemed like management more and more just wanted to "luck out and hire the right people" instead of training and developing current staff. This is leading the company to "churn and burn" its sales team instead of support it, which is the primary reason I left. Customer service is terrible and incompetent. The account management process is an absolute nightmare and instead of selling I felt I was focused on fixing the messes we made. I still wholeheartedly believe people should buy this product, even though dealing with this company sucks, the product still makes a lot of sense. I would not encourage any one to work here in the short term though. No one will care about you.
