Pros
Overall company ethics are solid. They do offer a base salary, commissions, bonuses, expense. There is a 401k plan.
Cons
The sales team is very stressful, the company has changed its metrics to Net Final Contracts as its method to decided if you will continue to be an employee. Net final contract means a customer who goes to installation. You can close hundreds of contracts but disqualifications due to roofing issues or shading do not count toward your quota. So only contracts that pass through the entire pipeline are counted. Its a 10:1 ratio for sale and then 50:50 ratio for Disqualification. Makes very stressful for sales agent, difficult to predict if home will qualify, not equipped to go into crawlspace attics to determine rafter structure
