Pros

Some nice co-workers, nice physical plant, snacks, etc. You actually get pretty good feeling about the place during the interviews and when you first go in.

Cons

Not only does the management has no respect for the employees, they seem to be proud of it. It's like the sales staff are a bunch of animals in a zoo, for the management's entertainment. The self-worshiping punks in management were so drunk with their idiotic little small-time power trips, I could have EASILY sold TWICE as much as I did if it weren't for them. Instead, I sat there and pissed off customer after customer after customer and never heard from them again. If you need to take a couple of hours off to see a doctor because you're sick, or a dentist because you have a toothache, they make you feel like a criminal; it doesn't matter if you have the Leave to take. They want you to work during lunch, work on holidays or weekends, and take a load of work home every night. You have NO life. You get together with some co-workers after work, and all everybody talks about is how they hate their jobs and how stupid the management is, especially the CEO. He is a laughingstock, an absolute idiot.

Pros

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities can sometimes feel limited within a satellite office environment, and promotion paths are not always clearly defined. Employees seeking long-term growth may benefit from having proactive career development conversations with leadership. The recent IT reorganization has introduced a period of transition, resulting in some uncertainty and lower morale across parts of the organization. The department is currently in a rebuilding phase, and new employees should expect to contribute to the implementation of new processes, systems, and ways of working. Compensation appears to be somewhat below market rates for certain roles, which may be a consideration for candidates prioritizing salary growth.
