Pros

Zero. Since you will see the same in any other company.

Cons

I wouldn`t believe in all "Good Reviews" written below here. if you want to hear honest feedback talk to former Solarwinds employees, I don`t think that you will hear at even a few good things about them. They will also tell you about some accidents happened in their office which is a result of company behavior and culture. All mid-management doesn`t have any experience in IT outside Solarwinds. Basically Solarwinds is the only thing they know. If you have any experience in IT this is not place for you. Some managers and even high level management are very childish and will do anything to get rid of you if they don`t like you personally. Reacting as a 12 year old child. The reason why they are taking those positions is because they are playing politics and say only what their management want to hear. And because they are acting as a robots and not even thinking what they are doing and why, they don`t have their own opinion, absolutely useless. You will not see there a true individuals. No team work at all. In fact i don`t think they know what is that. If it is your first place of work then it might be good for you. But don`t stay there for too long and look for another opportunities as soon as possible and leave them with their culture.

Pros

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities can sometimes feel limited within a satellite office environment, and promotion paths are not always clearly defined. Employees seeking long-term growth may benefit from having proactive career development conversations with leadership. The recent IT reorganization has introduced a period of transition, resulting in some uncertainty and lower morale across parts of the organization. The department is currently in a rebuilding phase, and new employees should expect to contribute to the implementation of new processes, systems, and ways of working. Compensation appears to be somewhat below market rates for certain roles, which may be a consideration for candidates prioritizing salary growth.
