Pros
They pay good money and we usually get a quarterly bonus. It's hard to say no to that. There's a lot of really smart people which makes it interesting. Nice, newly refurbished building. They also bring in free lunches twice a week.
Cons
So. Very. Hectic. Most of the time things are done on a very short schedule with geographically disparate teams which makes it hard to maintain quality, so we're having to move EVEN FASTER to get things done. Sometimes it feels like a never ending slog. God help you if you're in Marketing with the near constant re-orgs. Substandard PTO for the rank and file - management is out of touch since they get vastly more time and can assign work to others. You end up paying for your time off in all the extra work waiting for you and it feels like you can never catch up.
