The people are great. The potential of the company is huge and they are making the right moves to capitalize on that potential. It's a company on the upswing and a great time to join.

Cons

Long legacy of some changes in the past that caused some pain, so that rears its head every once in awhile. Likely some pockets around the globe are further back in their change curve and so more pronounced pain depending on the team you're in.

Pros

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.
