Too much micro mgmt, high productivity expectations,low pay, poor health insurance, make employees drive between 2-3 bldgs a day to "get hours" for full time staff. Makkle u find ur own vacation coverage and sign off on a written agreement that your coverage will work. What happens if it falls through at last minute? No loyalty company to employees. Abuse of 90 probationary period on new hires. I wouldn't move to take a job with this company. You are led to believe you are doing a good job while they hire your replacement behind your back and then expect you to train them before telling you about demotion. Beware...keep looking...there are much less stressful companies to work for where you get better overall treatment.
