Pros

I am not required to write this review. I am doing it because this is the standard I expect from our team. If we ask employees to speak up, own their experience, and lead with courage, I should do the same. If I did not believe this is a five star organization, I would not be here. I would not invest my time working to strengthen the culture or raise the standard. I choose to be here because I believe in what we are building. I live what I coach. I believe in accountability, growth, and ownership. If I expect it from others, I owe it first myself. At Solarity: You grow fast. Coaching is real and consistent. You face hard conversations. Leaders address issues in the open. You receive direct feedback. Accountability applies to everyone. You are pushed to build emotional intelligence and ownership. Effort matters. If you bring it daily, leaders invest in you. You gain exposure across functions. The structure stays nimble. You see transparency in metrics, goals, and decisions. You fail forward. Mistakes become lessons, not labels. You balance work and life. Benefits support your family and health. You build leadership skill, not only technical skill.

Cons

This is a high accountability, fast moving culture where ownership, direct feedback, and performance are expected, and growth matters more than comfort. High accountability is not for everyone. You are expected to perform. Feedback is direct. If you avoid coaching, you will struggle. Change moves fast. Priorities shift as the organization adapts. Ownership sits with you. Excuses do not last long. Growth pace creates pressure. Comfort is not the goal.
