I have loved working for Solaroo. I have enjoyed the culture because it is one of learning. We are always being challenged to be better and tighten up our processes and better our customer experiences. I feel we are now at the top of our game and getting better all the time. It has been really fun to watch this small company become a force to be reckoned with.

You really have to be self motivated and able to self manage. If that isn't how you operate, it would be hard to work here.

This is going to come off very positive but it's the only way I can paint a picture that employers like this don't open up everyday. Management who listens because they always want to seek to make employment rewarding; not just a job but a career; grow employee's who want to stay and work. I work in the sales division where the salary + commission is very good but monthly bonuses for other accomplishments push our sales team with individual bench marks and ability to increase your income depending on how you push yourself. If you're someone tired of being under appreciated, have a dedication to giving 100% to your employer and customers, want a great income with benefits and perks then you'd be blessed if you land employment with Solaroo.

if you aren't a self-starter, don't do well at asking questions, and all around negative person not willing to change ... you won't like it here.
