Working for Soleo restored my faith in a company that truly values their employees and patients. They not only talk the talk but they walk the walk. They provide a path for growth and development on every level.

Change is inevitable so the many changes that Soleo goes through with processes, is not so much of a con, however there is an opportunity for better preparation.

As an employee currently completing the onboarding process, my experience with Soleo Health has been positive so far. The interview process was a meeting with HR followed by an interview with management. Everyone I've met so far has been very kind and helpful in the onboarding process.

Lack of training, expected self training

No nursing support, pharmacy driven company.
Company not believe patients should be able to request “their” nurse and any nurse can see a patient. Continuity, patient comfort and satisfaction does not matter.
