      There are no pros in this company.

      Cons

      Company is filled with full of politics. Too much pressure on the people who work. There are so many incompetent leads, managers & directors who got promotion by doing politics and injustice to hardworking people.

      Pros

      None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

      Cons

      - high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
