great training, one of the managers is amazing (Kim) and always helps you out if you need help, shell even get on a call for you to get a deal closed. Amazing commission!!!! if you get to work here, stay as long as you can, the pay and commission is unbelievable and the benefits are amazing compared to the LV job market.
Cons
if you dont sell 7 deals in one month then your fired that month. all the managers besides kim are always pissed off and angry, very unapproachable
