Pros
I have worked here for 2yrs, my previous job was 13yrs. I have never been so happy in my life as working for this company, I would recommend it to any of my friends, the people you work with are friendly and welcoming, the supervision/management are approachable and help out when busy, at other companies I have found HR to be distant, this is not the case here, HR are most helpful. Targets you are asked to reach are manageable, the whole company ensures you are looked after and welcome, they say the grass is never greener on the other side, well I came over and wish I had done years ago
Cons
If I must put a con, its the Xmas do, this is during working hours and not after work, evens so, the functions are well planned, I thought the wage could have been higher in comparison to what I used to earn, then realised - I am no longer working late evening or weekends, really hard pushed to put a Con - just come over and work here
