Since leaving home at the age of 16 to join the Army, I have held a number of different jobs. I can say with all honestly that cap hpi is a brilliant company to work for. The management are really supportive and as a result of this I have been promoted 3 times since joining in January 2016- from 1st line support to 2nd line support within customer services, progressing to the development side of the business, initially as a Junior Tester and most recently gaining the role of Software Test Analyst. If you are willing to work hard and go the extra mile, approaching everything on a daily basis with the right attitude, the sky really is the limit. Some of my colleagues have worked for cap hpi 15 years+, If you work for a company for this length of time the ‘cons’ must be minimal to none!
