Pros
Good, hard working people with a focus on doing the right things and supporting our customers. Management has started to focus on weekly coaching sessions that are actually helpful. Career path options are now available.
Cons
Training on new products is improving but still a work in progress because so many new products (customer specific) are coming out. Focus on office culture has helped also.
