It's remote, which I would consider more of a preference than a Pro or Con.
Cons
DealerSocket made the biggest mistake of its business career by joining forces with Solera, we were better without them!!! Bonus/merit increase, don't hold your breath! I've made peace with the thought that maybe they donated it to charity. Solera is a NIGHTMARE and I am on the next train smoking.
