Pros
They have a wide variety of contracts (albeit sub) with varying comp/benefits packages,. They will generally pay what you ask for as a billable employee due to high attrition. No marketing dept, nor branding of any sort. Apparently "no budget" for this.
Cons
Very low morale,, overt cronyism throughout organization. Still have not recovered from their sale to STG which fell apart, Many folks in leadership roles apathetic and more concerned with their impending retirement than day-to-day operations, winning new work and managing employee / program issues,. Stay away unless it's just a stop-gap until a better opportunity arises.
