Pros
Soliant Health is a very friendly environment. I always feel welcome when I walk into work everyday by my managers and colleagues. The company is very involved in the community and giving back and I feel accomplished being able to be apart of that. Soliant does offer a great training and continuing education work environment from day one to help you start up and continue growing.
Cons
I would say I have a few concerns regarding its reward programs and incentives. With hard work in this jobs comes financial reward. Once you reap the benefits of the financial reward more work is required and much more is involved on many levels. I feel we should be compensated for hitting each individual goal and reaching that next step in addition to what we ultimately earn.
