Pros

They were completely transparent in the interview. It's a sales job, and you need to work hard to make good money. They outline what success looks like, and how to get there. Like in any sales role, some luck is involved. There is continuing training, and they mean it. They celebrate success. The people you work with try very hard to help each other. If outside the office activities like bowling and Braves nights are important to you, there are plenty. The management is supportive and willing to help. The benefits are first rate. Being sick (really sick, not calling while pinching your nose) isn't held against you. They check on you, in a nice way. I could keep going on, but why? This is a great place to work.

Cons

You have to work to make money. Deal with it. Someone was crying they couldn't get to 60k year two. I did., you can too. Not the only one in my department that did either. Took diligence. If you have it, you'll succeed.

Pros

Met some good friends and bonded over shared trauma

Cons

The salary is a misery, there are absolutely no incentives starting at 2% commission - for about a year, commission per month will be about $100 at the very best and yet they lie about first year OTE being about $15k. You’re also encouraged and expected to work over 40 hours a week even though there’s absolutely no incentives to do so and berated when you work what you should: The company has insanely high attrition and turnover rates. The majority of the company is under a year and actively trying to leave. One of their biggest problem is management; the majority of managers should not be in their positions. There’s a toxic culture of pettiness and arrogance. Do not expect to grow professionally at all-I was doing the exact same job as a manager who had been there for almost 10 years. Do not expect to feel supported or heard by any of the higher ups-they actively implements an alarming amount of changes without asking AEs first and then, when they don’t work, they make even more changes. Overall, if you can avoid working at this company, you should. It is a horrible place that preys on new graduates that have limited opportunities.
