Pros

Soliant has fostered an opportunity for me to not only grow professionally but personally. The environment encourages continuous learning. Soliant also allows employees to build their own businesses and provides the tools to do so. It's been refreshing to see the growth of individuals from all walks of life! Everyone has an equal opportunity to change their lives. Through training, teamwork, rewards programs, uncapped commissions, and earned performance-based freedom, Soliant is a place that pushes toward success for those who are willing to work! I'm proud also of the work we do! The industry focus of education and healthcare are two that I'm proud to be connected with. For us Atlanta employees, having two office locations is a huge benefit. I personally love our Cobb office across from the Battery! GO BRAVES!

Cons

There's a large element of "work hard today for a payoff later" or better said, delayed gratification to the core. Impatience can result in turnover. The job is easily overcomplicated.

Pros

Met some good friends and bonded over shared trauma

Cons

The salary is a misery, there are absolutely no incentives starting at 2% commission - for about a year, commission per month will be about $100 at the very best and yet they lie about first year OTE being about $15k. You’re also encouraged and expected to work over 40 hours a week even though there’s absolutely no incentives to do so and berated when you work what you should: The company has insanely high attrition and turnover rates. The majority of the company is under a year and actively trying to leave. One of their biggest problem is management; the majority of managers should not be in their positions. There’s a toxic culture of pettiness and arrogance. Do not expect to grow professionally at all-I was doing the exact same job as a manager who had been there for almost 10 years. Do not expect to feel supported or heard by any of the higher ups-they actively implements an alarming amount of changes without asking AEs first and then, when they don’t work, they make even more changes. Overall, if you can avoid working at this company, you should. It is a horrible place that preys on new graduates that have limited opportunities.
