Avoid at all costs - Marketing Executive Solid Ground Employee Review

Firstly, please ignore the 5 star review that has been given for this company because it’s been written by the CEO. I urge you NOT to ever apply to this company if you value your mental health. I have never ever been treated so poorly (all from the CEO). Multiple people have left this year due to the same treatment they have received from the CEO - at one point every employee who I was working with had cried at different points in the same week because of her. Please bare in mind it’s a tiny company with max 9/10 employees - SIX employees have quit this year, all long standing employees GONE. It’s overall just an awful environment to be in - you daren’t talk because you’ll be told to concentrate and get some work done. The CEO will call you and question you aggressively or embarrass you in front of the whole office. There is no genuine care for employees - no real benefits. The pay is DIRE - each exec / assistant is on different pay (between 18-23k). They try pay as little as they can. There is no real training provided. The work load is un manageable - and heaven help you if you ask for help!
