Too high of expectations for part time coaches and inexperienced/unprofessional studio managers that result in very high coach turnover. This is very discouraging for loyal clients to always have their favorite coaches leaving every few months and to have to deal new coaches who do not have the experience/have barely taken any classes and need a longer ramp up period. Solidcore prides itself on community but this doesn’t seem to carry through to the coach level. They don’t treat their employees very well, it’s all surface level fluff
