Cons
1. middle management is uneducated and does not listen. one way communication only and wants to impose a dictatorship style. they want a a suck it up and just do work attitude. they require 100% obedience of what they say. 2. upper management only cares about numbers and does not care about employees at the bottom of the pyramid. 3. management can slack and have reasons to goof out at work and be sick every other day but you cannot. 4. No growth opportunity as middle management does not lay out a career path for you nor do they try to set you up with any contacts of other departments 5. lots of drama between sales and operations (the function Regional manager was in). sales only cares about their commission and expect operations to take care of the rest. so you will be running customer service to arrogant BS customers who does not bring in profit. Sales is like your manager and will add work to you.
