-Management (or lack thereof) makes Solidify, Inc. an intolerable place to work. -No growth or learning opportunities. -Low pay. -Since on average there are 6 employees, resources are low - a caution to potential new clients. -Turnover is extremely high. All employees but one have voluntarily left in one year or less. This is not good for clients, employees, or the company in general. -There is no business model/strategy and is lacking a proper leader to shape it.
