Horrible management Clueless team leaders Two faced workers Hard workers get treated badly Nice people get spoken to horribly Bullying happens a lot at solidor Manager unapproachable Team leaders unapproachable

Always work, very busy company, good solid doors , good overtime rate of pay and 2 weeks of at Christmas.

The growth of the company is that fast they expect you work around 80 hours a week, as they only got licence till 7 pm, thing will improve once they get shifts and sort out poor management.
