Pros
Very few. Product can be useful, but focus on AI has proved dissappointing. A few good veterens left.
Cons
Seriously, I’ve accepted that this company is probably done. It used to be amazing, but now it’s become a stress factory with insane expectations, below-market pay, and accountability that seems to fall almost entirely on frontline workers. Senior leaders like Grace and Shachin have contributed heavily to destroying the culture in pursuit of short-term gains, and no one seems to care. A record-setting month followed by mass layoffs after months of ongoing terminations says a lot about the direction of the company. The CEO appears to be relying on people staying because of a tough job market and is trying to squeeze everything possible out of employees to make the company successful, without realizing the damage being done in the process. At this point, it’s a terrible place to work. If you have the option to go somewhere else, I’d strongly recommend taking it.
