Awesome Coworkers and Top Security Talent. Proven Business Model backed up by leading insurance underwriter. Great CEO who promotes an amazing company culture. Nice Location, HR, and Benefits. Great Security Stack and Great IT Leadership from CTO and Director of Services, and other Security employees.

Does not have Corporate Sales Culture or leadership. Focus is SMB customers that have had security incidents. Not Traditional Sales. It seems to be a fight going on between CFC and old Solis Sales. CFC will put its own people in positions if things do not change. Lacks Marketing and Focus to make needed changes to the current business model. Pay and Benefits are low compared to other companies in the Austin Market
