this company has had my back through thick and thin. I value the opportunities to me since I started 5 years ago. I have been promoted twice now, and have learned valuable things which has made my resume look great for future opportunities. The work is great, the clients are fun and we have unlimited vacation. No one is expected to work overtime (and they don't)

no cons - they are great. Regarding every other negative comment on this site - every company has ups and downs. its a job! Learn to enjoy it and if you don't, don't be mad if you get fired when you are not putting in the work to be valued.

This was not an easy job in the sense that the people above managing the shop and office folks were very experienced and had high expectations for the ones working below them. I learned a lot working under the higher management and also learned to see the situation from their eyes. We had a lot of bad hired working in the shop, a lot of people who came in just to make a pay check and get out, not a lot of hard workers. Apparently after covid that is hard to come by now. Fortunately I was able to find some great mentors who taught me good work ethic, the ins and outs of project management, and a clear view of the design and construction industry. The work we did was very fulfilling and different.

early on bad hires were made, I wish they would have seen this sooner and cleaned house with better staff replacements before shutting down
