Pros

No positive things to say about this company.

Cons

This company once benefited from easy funding and perfect timing, but that advantage is gone now. Their product does not bring much real value, and it shows in the results. Instead of fixing the issues, the same mistakes keep coming back. As a result, teams get reshuffled or reduced, but nothing really improves. On top of that, long term employees are still underpaid compared to the effort they put in, which adds more frustration. Daily work is unstable, plans and priorities keep shifting. People try to adjust, but there is no steady direction to rely on. As teams get broken apart and rebuilt, the same problems still remain. That makes it harder to stay focused. Pressue is very high but you get zero support from the leaders. Morale continues to fall across the teams. There is also a strong focus on image instead of real improvement. The staff effort goes into how things look from the outside than how they actually work inside. We noticed the gap, and it gets talked about more often over time. As that gap grows, trust becomes harder to maintain. Actions do not match what is being said, which adds more doubt. Over time, it becomes harder to ignore that problems are being avoided instead of solved. That approach spreads uncertainty through the teams. I hated my time here.
