All the staffs are good,friendly and easily reachable.Keeps all the things transparent and provides a lot of scope for employee's growth. Always hear employee concern without making any delay. Pays salary in time always,provides all the benefits to employee including the dependents . Gives anual hike,processes green card,provides necessary advise for tax return filing for H1 holders. Solution IT is really good in the aspect of employee satisfaction.
