Friendly, collaborative atmosphere. Great company to work for. Lots of opportunity for growth. Everyone in the office is accessible, from the owner on down, which means things get done quickly. Nothing but strong professional ethics is tolerated. Everything is above board. Very little to now politics. If you work hard in an open and honest matter, you will be successful here. The company has a solid reputation mostly from word of mouth and referrals. A healthy work/life balance is encouraged. Regular company outings, cook-offs, etc. We work hard, but also love to have fun. I thoroughly enjoy working here!
