Pros

- Competitive pay - Decent product and coding experience - Nice office in a good location - Some genuinely great people if you find the right team

Cons

- Leadership is visibly arrogant and lacks clear direction — a recurring theme at every level of management - Stock promises are dangled frequently but feel hollow in practice - High turnover that often feels like good people being replaced with cheaper alternatives - RTO requirements keep expanding with no flexibility on hours - A culture of overpromising to clients, followed by grueling crunch to deliver the impossible - Management itself rotates constantly, yet the same top-down arrogance persists throughout

Pros

- Good pay if you can negotiate well - Good Job security ( Not so much security at the Director and VP levels, though) - Good modern technology and tools, e.g., AWS, GitHub actions, .NET 8 - Free lunch, fruits, and snacks - Hybrid work environment. - Good industry, clients, and promising product (Airline technology industry)

Cons

- Very tight deadlines. Does not allow you to do your best work. - No priority for work-life balance. - The on-call schedule can be really stressful due to lots of bugs and incidents as a result of the tight timelines during development. - Consistent long incident calls.( 5 hours plus) - No formal acknowledgement of overtime work hours. - Building too many products at once, causing everyone to work inefficiently.
