Close knit company that really cares about their people. Will look to promote and place staff in better positions as opportunities permit. Potential for placing good talent. Works hard to involve staff with growth opportunities like participating on proposal work for new opportunities. They have some stellar leaders from the standpoint of being an employee. Would work for them again.

Business model is killing them. They are losing contracts and shedding staff. Unless that changes, this company will continue to shrink. Be wary, some customers are toxic.
