      Only pros I could give is the people that compose SXI, not toxic and they strive for you to grow

      Cons

      The workload they will give you is unimaginable plus the responsibility they would give you would not make sense. Management is unfair. Prepare to lose your personal time and get ready for the pressure

      1. The Management is very understanding and they will go out of their way to make you feel part of the team 2. The culture in the company is almost family-like. Lahat mababait, bihira yung may nagbabackstaban 3. You will get to meet a lot of interesting people
