Pros
- The immediate supervisor was kind and she really tried.
- They give you space to make your work, at least as a freelance worker.
Cons
- Awful internal organization. Not even they know what they want.
- Bad payment, in comparison to other companies.
- Zero career opportunities.
- Very difficult communication with... everybody in there. So, almost zero help.
- The worst of all: the payment wasn't wonderful exactly, and even taking that into account, they paid whenever they want and NEVER when it corresponded. You can wait for your payment for one or two months, trying to someone in there pays you some attention at the least, and you feel like a clown by doing it. They just put you infinite problems before the payments.
