Employees are given autonomy to create their own schedule
Cons
Unrealistic sales plan quotas, poor leadership at the corporate level. Multiple employee are not receiving commission checks on time, lack of any appreciation for employees. Lack of support. When this was addressed with leadership, the response was this is the culture they are moving to.
