Not the best and not the worse - Analyst Solventum Employee Review

Depending on the team: Some people in leadership shouldn't be in leadership. Some people still are still in the mindset of the 3M HIS culture. 3M HIS culture was ultra conservative and not forward thinking Leadership gives the impression that there's always a fire-drill, but I never see any smoke. Teams still work in silos. That's the 3M HIS culture I wrote about earlier. If I were a candidate, would wait until Solventum is at least a year old, April 1st 2025, before I thought about applying for any role.
