Mission and values are amazing. Drive to help change and save lives is real. A lot of people with tenure who are passionate to help save lives. Overall good people and supportive environment. Plenty of growth opportunities. Growth mindset at all levels makes the organization feel flat. The voice of the workforce is collected, heard, and implemented.
Cons
No corporate-level design leadership or adjacent leadership field. Undervalued analytics in product development process leading up to and post launch. Need for more digital product development maturity and support.
