      Small; Great people; Friendly atmosphere; A lot of investment in the education and equipment of the emplyees

      flat structure with no clear split of responsibilities No documentation; Insufficient knowledge sharing; Terrible onboarding process on the project and non-well-established processes (incl. waiting for access and proper configs for over 3 months)
