Pros
-Great laboratory Equipment
-Good office spaces
-Some genuinely intelligent and kind people
Cons
-Too many managers
-Too corporate feeling (Buzz words, HR safe language, fake smiles, fake laughter, not actually listening but pretending to, shifting blame to subordinates, micromanagement, nitpicking)
-Lack of work "culture"
-Lack of quick feedback or Turnaround on tasks (can take weeks to months to solve issues IF they get resolved at all)
-"Nickle and Dime" for every request
-Minimal room for career advancement (you stay at your station and MAYBE you get a title number change from a 1 to a 2 or 3 chemist
