Pay hasn't changed in years - Supply Chain Solvita Employee Review

PAY - quite laughable at this point. No increase in years, aside from the cost of living adjustment. Pay for promotions is even worse. There are people getting hired in with very little/no experience pertaining to the job at all, with higher pay than those of us that have worked here for 10+ years. The only reason for staying is the PTO allowance and needing time off for personal matters throughout the year. It's like they know this and are fine with it as long as people stay... although they are unhappy. Have also been told when asking for a raise, that we "pay everyone the same at each pay grade", although I know for a fact that not everyone does the same kind of job. Stopped going above and beyond because it receives zero recognition. What was once a job I looked forward to and was excited about, is now draining and only a means to an end. Very, very sad & disappointing.
