Honestly there are multiple. I think it’s great you have the opportunity to get hands on training in a sterile technique and so many other things without experience. Being currently enrolled in nursing program myself I love gaining the extra skills. I was even promoted recently and the new management for my department has been great. Seriously good paid time off and insurance. The CEO and COO are really personable, I love the work environment, HR department has always been super helpful if I’ve had a question, I have a great schedule and I get to help contribute to saving lives!!! To name a few.
